Hi guys and girls,

need some help doing raid 0 on my ssd's (Agility 3 60gb).

I've never ever done a raid in my life and i dont know how to set it up.

Would i need to do a clean install of win7?, need the latest firmware on the ssd?.

how do i set it up in bios?.

any help would be gr8.

Thanks

you might be able to back up and restore to a raid0,not sure if its possible

for a clean install set to raid in the bios then at start up press ctrl and i together to access the raid console then setup a raid array using your ssd's,it will show as one complete 120gb drive when done, then boot from dvd drive/windows disc and install windows, once done you can later install intel rapid storage drivers

cheers for that.

what do you mean by "install intel rapid storage drivers" what that?.

Thanks

its just drivers for raid and ahci, they offer better performance than the standard microsoft drivers

look on your mb website and download them,it will say irst or intel rapid storage

this is what it lookslike in windows,it will show your raid0 array and ssd/hdd fimware versions ect
