help connecting atx power to mb

hi i have a new Gigabyte z690 gaming and i can only connect one of the auxillary 4 pin power supply as my psu only has 2 x 4 connectors and this board has a 4 pin and a 8 pin, any help please ?

Think the 8 pin is all you need, the extra 4 pin is for Xtreme overclocking... I may be wrong but pretty sure

If I have the right board, it has one 4 pin +12v and one 8 pin EPS12v.

The 8 pin EPS12v is either a 4+4 (usually is) or a 8 pin.

The PCIE 8 pin (which is usually 6+2) is a completely different thing.

My guess would be, as Minibiker said, the board will run fine with the 8 pin, but I suspect not with only a 4 pin.
