Help! Corruption on screen

OK this problem has started ever since installing 163.69 drivers
Specs first

q6600 3.2ghz
4gb ddr ram
512 7950GT (stock)
Win vista x64

drivers are 163.69 WHQL off website

Basically first time after reboot whichever game i play is fine, If i quit that game and start any other game , i get corruption on screen as seeen in the photo of my TFT.

Corruption goes away after rebooting again but this is very annoying,
Corruption doesn't show up in screenshots for some reason?? any ideas? the attached photo was taken with my camera from HL2 ep2.

163.22 don't seem to give this problem, any other solutions apart from rolling back, I'd quite like the newer drivers for crysis beta, etc.

Temps are good, I have zalman vf700 on it

It was probably just a driver problem as 163.75 betas seemed to have fixed it now.

Sorry guys the corruption problem still exists in games

Any more ideas?

I'm certain its not overheating as it doesn't happen all the time, even the newer beta drivers have it so I'm not sure what is up tbh
