help designing a watery solution...

Had a look at your case from the link you supplied and without modding the case it looks like you can support a 120.2 or 240 mm rad in the bottom by removing the extra hdd caddies and intake fans.
the intake fans if decent you can use to attach to the radiator and it should fit there without to much trouble.
As you have only asked about cooling the cpu i have only specced for that

there are cheaper cpu blocks available from ocuk but i think out of those in stock at present this is the best available for your cpu.
You can reduce the price slightly if you where to search for 2nd had watercooling parts.
One i would say is if you could find a D-Tek fusion v1 waterblock for the cpu it gives grest performance as this is the block i use on a Phenom II X4 940 and ive yet to see my cpu go above 40c at full load.

thanks for the replys so far keep em coming please..... oh and nath nice idea with the ocuk bundle but does not come with a dual rad from what i can see and i was wanting to mount everything in me case if possible;)

the bundle that nathwraith has posted will cool your cpu, and you could still keep all the componets within your case.
It would allow you a lot more room at the bottom of your case,i do agree though it would be nice to see an option to upgrade it to a 240mm rad if it had that option then it would be basically the same spec as i had posted but cheaper.

you can select what size rad you want with the OCUK kit.

I'm running a phenom x4 955 at stock at the mo but would like some headroom for overclockage.

Watercooling does not guarentee you ' headroom for overclockage '.

What can you expect from your chip, is heat the limiting factor ?

tha AMD Phenom II X4 955 should reach 3.8 - 4Ghz easy with the right mobo and cooling.

I do agree that watercooling will not guarentee an overclock but it will make it easier.
With the new phenoms having such a low top temp 62c the more heat you can remove the better, watercooling these helps big style and also helps reduce some of the noise as well.
My 940BE when running fully will do 3.8Ghz and with my watercooling loop ive yet to see it above 45c @ full load

right i am gonna order the kit but need to know a couple of things first...

1. whats fans should i get for it? (fractal design ones looked sassy) looking for quietness more than anything altho some tasty power never goes a miss.

2. would one of these http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-021-AK be handy?

3. also would this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CB-031-AK&groupid=701&catid=48&subcat=153 be any use to me?

4. Anything else i would need?

thanks in advance for answers, if these questions seem a tad low brow its because i've bin on the dakari's all night

Well i use These with a Zalman ZM-MFC2 fan controller i run them at 1500 rpm when cool as this reduces their noise and only increase's my temps by about 2-3 c
This one would be better Zalman ZM MFC1

With the fan controller i linked to there is no need for this as it comes with all the required cables and the fans are powered from the controller.
