Help! DS3 + Antec P160 problem F Panel LED problem

I've connected up all the pins to the mobo headers but I can't get the LED display on the front panel to work. What am I doing wrong ?? - this is getting frustrating!!

Looks like you have the same problem i have with my new motherboard and stacker 830.

1/Try the pin the other way
2/You have a 3 pin when you need 2 pin.

I have the 3pin but need two, cant get my led on power button to work :/ was thinking of hacking the cable and fitting a 2 pin.

Can anyone else with a P160 confirm this? I have a power LED light which works but can't figure out why the temp LED doesn't work?
