Help editing PHPBB3 Footer

I am trying to edit the footer of a PHPBB3 forum. However I have tried editing the "index.htm" and the "overall_footer"

I have edited both and re upped them... however the site remains the same.

Anyone any ideas on what I'm missing?

You need to reload or refresh the templates and styles in your Admin CP.

Just for reference the styles are cached for speed so if you change anything you need to either refresh them in the styles tab as mentioned above or open the phpBB/cache folder on the server and delete everything except index.htm and htaccess.
