Help finding a file - server 2003 R2

i need a file which doesnt seem to appear on any of our Server 2003 CDs (possibly on the enterprise one but i cant for the life of me find it)

the file is wdspxe.dll, cant find it on google either so if anyone could point me in the right direction here it would be a great help

EDIT: just checked the windows is server 2003 R2 SP2 standard edition, which ive got 2 or 3 CDs for here but none of them contain the required file

yep, looked through all the cab files, still no joy
