help finding a good webcam

I'm looking for a good webcam, which my son will be using in college and so I am looking at spending maybe £50 on something that fits the bill.
OS is XP.

Choices?

I bought the bottom one a couple of weeks back, dead easy to set up and image quality is spot on.

I concur with the Microsoft Life cam, it's awesome and you can mount it almost anywhere
