Help finding cheap way to go to butlins on 15th aug

Hated every second of it. Kids enjoyed it though which is what counts.

Ill never go again.

What i enjoyed most when it comes englands family get aways was renting a cottage up near bridlington and having a few days up there as you have scarsborough and a few other places near by that has plenty of stuff for kids. And plenty of chippys, bars and resturants for the adults.

^ probably spent less there aswell.

Did you put that because you think its cheaper than butlins?!!

All school holiday holidays to this kind of place will be that money or more. Cheaper is the likes of Haven or Parkdene but sill not really "cheap"

The sun deals are normally good value, its ether that or camping

I know it is not cheaper but certainly more middle class.

Bit of a long shot but does anyone know a cheaper way to get 1A and 3K at butlins skegness for 15th to 19th aug 2016? Sister wants to take her kids on holiday but its like 800 quid. I thought maybe caravan route but im finding it hard to find a caravan thats trustworth and cheap at the same time for those dates.

Any advice or sites to look at?

I hope that price is for the new "Seaside Apartment" (That u cannot actually see the sea from i may add)?! Daylight robbery if not i worked on the new ones months back and the old ones were absolutely disgusting when we was ripping them out for the rewires.

but yeah if u must go.. New apartments all the way the old ones are rank!

Why does she need to them them to a theme park? Take them to a place by the coast where they can play and fool around. They are kids for goodness sake, they will make the best of any situation and if she is creative then she can keep them entertained.

Why don't you try hiring a private caravan at a Haven site through this website http://www.directholidayhomes.co.uk/

I got a lovely four star caravan for a week in Cornwall last August for just over £450. You have to buy entrertainment passes when you get there but they are not that dear. Had a really nice time actually.
