Help finding motherboard

Hi guys i want to get the Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 .
I will be wanting to overclock it to around 3.2Ghz well anyway if i get over 3 it will be fine. I don`t want the system to cost me to much so not a to expensive mobo. i`ve been looking around and researching on the forum but i just can`t make my mind up. so i would be greatful if you can bring me to my decision.

sli/crossfire or none
RAID
number of IDE and SATA ports

Maximum budget?

The Asus P5K is a good board that will easily get you over 3GHz.

We do need more info though!

yeah i would like sli for future when i add a graphics card.
my budget is like around 100 pound.
about 6 sata and maybe 2 ide

that maybe a bit problematic, as no modern LGA775 Mb has 2 IDE ports apart form

both are quite old so it will NOT be advisible to but them unless its for a spare Pc.
