Help, First Time Setting Up RAID

I was just about to setup my first Raid Array on my to 74GB Raptors. I have choosen the Raid I require (Striping) But then it asks me what Striping Block I require???

8k
16k
32k
64k
128k
Optimal

I do not understand what this is or which one I will require. I mainly use my computer for gaming and the internet

For home use, smaller is probably better, 4,8 or 16k
