I'm applying for an internal role and have an interview next week (over OCS)
I'm currently working on service desk 1st line but at previous roles I have been doing numerous things including 1st, 2nd and 3rd line work
The role is Citrix Support Engineer (Cloud services)
In another job I have assisted people working in the Citrix environment, build a Xen server and used Xen centre to move a DC and SQL database to virtual machine.
I have used AD and GP for a couple of years amongst general local support, BES, net filters, phone system, antivirus software etc
The role sounds interesting and the team is great but I am lacking in the skills area...
Could I get some advice that would go in my favour, I will have a read through Huddys interview guide again at the weekend
Thanks
