HELP - getting whea_uncorrectable_error BSOD while gaming/under load?!

I have suddenly started getting whea_uncorrectable_error BSOD whilst gaming/under heavy load today, computer has been fine before and just started when trying to play Call of Duty, I keep getting Dev errors & crashes.

Tried other games, like witcher 3 and as soon as it loads in and goes under load it blue screens with the above error.

I'm not sure why its suddenly started doing this, I can't figure out whats causing it!? since its a hardware error, could it be the CPU? PSU?

i have a corsair 850w PSU,

CPU is Ryzen 3700x with PBO on,

3600mhz g-skrill ram

RTX 3090 GPU

ROG Strix x570 gaming-e MOBO,

all drivers are up to date, Nvidia, Bios, Windows etc


Never had issues previously, its only today its started giving errors, so looks like something has started to fail I just can't figure out what...

BSODs are usually memory, I would try putting it back to stock (XMP off) and turning PBO off.

How old is the PSU?
