Help got a leak

For those like me who think they know what they are doing but time and again prove they are just making it up as they go along. Always screw your water block down. Lightly touching isnt going to cut it Sub 65 c temps primed at 1.19v im happy now

A few tips for when you do yours 90 degree fittings are a waste of time dont even bother. Have lots ie a full roll or 2 of kitchen towel kicking about. Fill your res while the pump is off i cant stress this enough, due to various back pressures while there is still lots of air in the system when you shut the pump off it forces fluid back to the res, should you have a leak and shut the pump off to fix it and youve been filling with the system on all that fluid is going to head back to your already full res, i'll leave it to your imagination as what happens after that.

I dunno dude, I've had no probs with multiple 90° fitting install/reinstalls. And these were pre-used from the MM. Currently using three of them.

I think you've just had a bit of bad luck :)

I had a leak when I was testing my rig last year which I think was caused by me overtighting the fitting. I fixed the problem by slipping another rubber o ring over the old one which fixed the problem so you might have the same issue.

Have you sorted it then buddy ? I just had a thought, about your fittings on the cpu block, and maybe the thread is to long. Some blocks need a short stumpy 1/4 thread, as to not block the flow.

Sorry yes it was all sorted in the end, I re ordered my loop which allowed me to ditch the 90's completely shame it was a waste of money buying them but you live and learn.

I used several 90\45 degree rotary from bitspower in my new build, all of these worked fine, no leeks and rotary action is nice and stiff\tight. they also look awsome! :)
