(Solved) Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 No display/no post

just put together new build motherboard is asrock z68 extreme4 gen3 I get no display with gpu installed? but if I remove it It post and i can get into the bios.
My gpu is a xfx hd 7950 all power is connected and on board de-bug led they is nothing lit up at all.
It starts with its post lit up but then switches off?

Yes both conected and using gpu hdmi bios version is 1.00 should I have to update?

Its already set to pci express. pc works fine without gpu? gpu fans spin up and seems to be working just no display

With GPU installed after de bug Led says A2 it then led lights the switch off and GPU fans spin seems like 100%??

No just hdmi lead just trried with a hdmi to dvi adapter but still same.

My bios version is 1.00 and they is 1.10 would this make any difference?

Only thing it can be is GPU dead? Looks like RMA i'll try updaing bios first one last try.

one last thing I did paste myself so not sure how good I have done it. in bios my temps or @ 46C and am using a h80 you think thats ok? am sure with other board its was 27C

I do a rice grain-pea sized blob in the center and let the clamping force of the cooler spread it about.

Yer about rice size and then holded onto h80 while screwed down. Once windows installed Ill check temps again. Is real temps best software for checking?
