I have this system
"Ultima OC 280 GTX" Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40GHz @ QX6950+ 3.00GHz+ Quad Core DDR2 System
Vista 32 Home premium
On Friday after having no problems at all playing i put the PC in stand by mode
10 mins later i needed to check something..so i restarted the pc and as it seemed to take longer than usual to load up (while on the windows screen) i hit the reset button and this is when the problem started.
The PC started up to main bios but then held on that for 20 seconds and then said i need to choose boot sequence..so as it was on HDD and then DVD i checked and yes it was the same...so after a while of testing..i inserted the Vista disk in to see if it would help..and on the repair section it found the HDD wasnt there to repair
This is a sata HDD..
So i gathered that the HDD is broken its only 9 months old
Is there a way to get the Boot sector back and the HDD working ?
