Help Home Network Problems

I've just installed a Belking wireless router to my main PC and a Belkin wireless ntework card to my old computer. Both computers can access the internet so that side of things is fine. However neither computer can see each other and I want to enable file sharing over the wireless network, Can anyone give me a noddy guide to how I do this? I'm starting to pull my hair out now, it's that desperate!

OK - things have improved - there must have been a delay in the computers recognsing the network because now I have about 4 networks setup! So, how do I delete/remove the ones I don't want? I set them up using the windows XP network wizard. Very confused now!!!
