that has lots of RSS icons but thie icon doesn't appear in my address bar

when I click on the icons I get this sort of thing

How do I add it manually

Then click the link to the RSS feed and try adding it manually, for example: http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/rss.php?fid=110&count=20.

That doesn't help at all
