that has lots of RSS icons but thie icon doesn't appear in my address bar

Actually the link on Live Bookmarks pretty much explains it all. However to break it down, go to Bookmarks; Manage Bookmarks to open the Bookmarks Manager. Select the location you want the RSS feed to appear in your bookmarks list (not that important as it can be moved afterwards) and select File; New Live Bookmark. Give it a name and copy the URL of the RSS data (i.e. the URL where you get the XML appearing) into the Feed Location field.
