Help! I can here noise when I scroll my mouse

Can anyone help... I can hear a noise through my speakers when i scroll using my mouse buttons. Like a squeaking sound but its not very load just very annoying!!

Any ideas??

You sure its your speakers, some mobo capacitors squeal exactly like that too. It EM interference getting to you soundcard, are you using onboard sound?

My parents computer downstairs does the same thing, lol. I don't notice it unless the room's totally silent, though.

I had exactly the same problem when I was using the onboard sound, the chipset isn't well isolated from interference from the rest of the board. One cheap PCI soundcard later and the noise is gone.

I get this too but with a audigy4 se on an epox mobo...Ive tried different drivers but cant think of how else to fix it so i just have to put up with it...pretty damn annoying when listening to music and browsing websites scrolling the page :/

I have the same problem when using the front panel on my DS3.

I use the back panel instead and it does not suffer from the same noise.
