Help i have spyware

Hi can some one recomend me some software free to get ride of spyware pls, ive got it bad, ive already got spy bot, any other would be great

superantispyware - website looks dodgy, almost like it could be a rogue app, but apparently its one of the best. Better than Adaware anyways.

I use AVG antispyware, Ad-aware and super antispyware. keeps everything ship shape

another Vote for Malwarebytes also use the Free version of Superantispyware to catch any left overs malewarebytes doesnt get

these two apps tends to remove most malware

Another vote for SuperAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes - have used both at work and at home, together they always clean 99-100% of spyware.
