Help! I think i've been scammed!

I only use my credit card for any purchases online of £50 or greater.
It is an Egg card, so about an hour after I've made the purchase I log into Egg and pay it off.
However I still get all of the protection as the purchase was a credit card one.

Purchases up to £50 I usually just put on the debit card as it isn't the end of the world if such a purchase goes wrong.
 
did you check the verisign certificate?
and if they supplied a link to verisign di you check on the properties of the cert ot see if it was verisign hosted?
