HELP - I want to make a compaint....

Hi all,

Need some help or advice please..!

I want to make an official complaint to Expedia.co.uk - As they messed up the names on my Tickets back in June.

Anyways - All the details they have given on there website are wrong.

The postal address for Complaints is wrong, as I sent a letter and it was returned to me saying 'Address no longer exists'

Their FAX number also does not work - As everytime I try to send a FAX, it doesn't 'Connect'.

So what can I do please?

You could try contacting Trading Standards? And inform them of all of the above.

Yup - I have just emailed ATOL and ABTA... and have also logged this with Consumer Direct.

...Consumer Direct said that they will log this through to Trading Standards - But there is not much else they can do

They also advised me to maybe contact Company's House to get a proper address for Expedia.

Would they be UK registered? You can do a free companies house search on their website, companieshouse.gov.uk i think.

I'd send a letter to the MD at the address listed by ATOL:

2nd Edit:

They use this address for more than business mail (3 floors):

Yep - They have a '0871' number - But you cannot reach the complaints department (or Customer Relations, as they like to call it) via phone.

Just remembered the amount of trouble I had trying to get hold of someone to talk to at Expedia on the phone, don't think I ever got through.
