Help identifying a song

Hi guys, quick question here. I've been trying to remember the singer and name of a song I remember hearing as a kid in the 90s but so far have had zero luck.

All I remember is that the singer was a British (I think) bald black male who at some point (or for the majority of the video perhaps) was dancing in a music store. Sorry I can't remember more but hopefully someone will know anyway!

I'll be damned if that song wasn't catchy as hell but I can't for the life of me remember what it was. I'll probably hate it now but I've been wanting to remember for so long I can't let it go

EDIT: Dunno if I'm right but I've been thinking he looked a bit like Ainsley Harriot, but that may just be my terrible memory projecting his face

I think that MAY have been it, but from what I remember he was moving through the music store more I think (Almost as if it was the most memorable scene in the video, rather than the focus). Also, and this is not 100%, but I believe he may have been wearing a white suit during this, if I'm right.

As for lyrics, nope sorry.

I bet it turns out Turn Around is actually what it is, but I don't think so. I don't recognise the name of the artist at all.
