Help IDing a handle

I've moved in to my new house last week and the security is pretty shoddy. I've had a couple doors replaced with new composite ones and am going to change all the cylinders to ABS locks like I had in my old house.

Unfortunately I can't afford to have the front door changed at the moment with the money I'm spending out on other problems such as the hole in the roof and the gas leaks so I was planning on swapping the cylinder and the door handle to a Hoppe handle. However it looks like an old door and the sizes are weird, I can't seem to find one that matches anywhere.

It's got three fixing screws..
Top to middle - 77mm
Middle to bottom - 108mm
Top to bottom - 185mm

Handle to cylinder- 92mm
Total length - 215mm

The measurement of the handle to cylinder of 92mm is a standard one but none of the others come up anywhere.

I could just leave the handle and replace the cylinder, I'd just feel happier with a new handle as well until I can replace the door!

Are the screws just tapped into the frame or is there some sort of structure they need to be aligned with?

They bolt straight through to the handle on the other side. I've whizzed them out but not pulled the handle off yet.

I am only guessing here but does the screw alignment really matter?

Surely the important bit is the position of the door handle spindle and the Eurocylinder, if need be just drill new holes for the screws/bolts to go through to each other?

The measurement of the handle to bottom screw of 92mm is a standard one but none of the others come up anywhere.

I think you'll find the 92mm standard refers to handle to the centre of the round portion of the eurocylinder, not the bottom screw.

Sorry I did mean handle to cylinder.. Just wrote the wrong thing! I'll pop the handle off at the weekend when I'm measuring the cylinders and see how it fixes on. If the screw alignment doesn't matter I can just order any of the standard 92mm centre handles.
