Well this is what i see:

the guide in this secton isn't too detailed for beginners like me who have no clue to what goes where. I have a damn load of cables and I cant understand how most are gonna be used. The fans are seriously confusing me as they're really isn't anywhere for them to be plugged into :/

(Bottom left, are they put together right? and should i just do that all the way up and link it together on the second cable that is split off of it.)

(White into black? even though it doesn't have a pin there? or is that something to do with the black cable lack a red cable in the black cable)

(These are for the front buttons? and the small grid they go into. I don't know how they go in , text up/down?)

(Area highlighted by the red ring, where does it go?)

(Please refer to each image number so I have a better understanding of what you're talking about xD)

Any help to linking to IN-DEPTH tutorials would be greatly appreciated.

image4, refer to your motherboard manual to see where they go on the motherboard.

your missing pwr LED from that lot.

image5 you need a 8pin pcie into that GTX480 also(may come as a 6+2pin), cant make out that red circled thing?

Will do , and I'll look for that Pwr LED, maybe i missed it.

Image 5 the cable highlighted, connects to that PCI-E cable and don't know where it goes.

Bit of a MESS here!

Frankly - you should wait for the CPU and cooler to arrive and fit these to the Motherboard along with the RAM before fitting into the case. it just makes life easier. especially if you are going to use a after market cooler which 80% of the time needs a plate fitted to the rear of the MB

Are you SURE that the RAM is dual channel and not triple channel?

Anyway

Unless you are using older IDE drives remove that wide blue ribbon type cable and throw in the corner for now....

REMOVE the other side cover

Take out your graphics card - just to give a bit more room to get in and around

Feed the cables that are fixed to the PSU (normal a big 20/24 pin connector and the 8 pin ATX connector out through the largest slot on the bottom of the case and get them out of the way

Where are you based?

Ram is dual channel and ive read the manual and set it up for how they said it should be.

IDE went just after i took the pics.

Ill take out the graphics card now, as for 24 pin PSU cable ive already tried that and its really tight to get it to the MB through the back.

What do you mean, where am I based?

Front room table xD?
Stevenage?

Hmm that 24 pin PSU to MB cable really isnt log enough for me to be tucking around the back of the case.

Also , about HDD, I've got one blue cable on it linked up to the motherboard, does it need power?

I think he has ripped it all out and started from scratch to be honest :)

Yarp, Graphics card is out and im working on those 3 small connectors that link the front to the bottom of the MB. In the manual it shows signs of a positive(+) and a negative(-) yes on the connectors themselves it doesn't, only a small arrows notched on either side.

So I just put them in their places with the text point up.

There's also a Serial ATA black thin cable which i dont know where it goes :/

eSATA connector goes into the MB in one of your SATA connectors next to where you have connected the HDD (black thin SATA lead)

Behind the cables on the MB it says SATA_0 (blue cable goes in there)
and SATA_1 ( black cable)

Also my board only has 4 screws in it, with around another 4 holes that dont have screws. Should I have got more?

To be honest the + and - have always confused me , but as a rule of thumb I always go with coloured wire as positive

Your pc works, I'll follow you xD

You should have enough standoffs ( about 8mm long hex brass ) for each mounting hole. You should fit ALL these and use ALL the mounting screws.

It stops the MB flexing and coming into contact with the case which could cause a short.

I have a feeling that you may have the MB out shortly to fit the CPU cooler and you should remedy this then if not before.

Im using the stock cooler that comes with the CPU? Will i still have to take off? and the stand off's are there. There just werent enough screws that were the same to screw it in.

For now I've stuck it on F_Audio, because the pins fits and that's the only logical place i can think of after going through the manual.

Any screws of that size would be okay right? Ill just find some laying about my house, or there may be some spare in the case pouch thing with the other screws xD

Use the ones which came with the case!.. Less chance of cross threading and damaging the thread in the standoff

OK... Audio lead (HD Audio ) and plug it into the connector marked F_Audio as per page 7 of your manual (between CPU socket and rear I/O connectors) try to feed it around the top away from heat sources like your GPU and CPU socket if possible.. and thats done...:)

Done it already :)

What about setting up this Disk Drive, i believe i dont have any cables in it al all.

Nope only another one of those used to link all the fans together, Hugely Super long ones.

and one that clips into the Psu, but is WAY TOO small. (wouldn't even reach the graphics card stretched)
