Guys can you tell me if this speed test is bad or normal...
(I think it is bad but i don't have any idea what speed is classed as normal)

Tests were done on my Samsung Galaxy S4

PS.I done the test about 10 times with roughly the exact same speeds each time.

I just tried another family member iphone5 in the house which is on a different network and it getting

ping 116
download around 360KB/s
upload around 60KB/s

You're not really giving us enough information on the network connection. I'm assuming it's connected via wifi due to the wifi symbol, and that you're getting a pretty strong signal since the wifi symbol is pretty much at max.

What's your ISP and what router are you using? What's the speed like on a PC connected via cable?

And you said you tested the iPhone 5 on a different network... does that mean you actually tested your S4 on the mobile network? What network are you on, and what network is the iP5 on?

The Guernsey networks are different to the UK ones..

S4 was using the sure mobile Smart Plan network http://shop.sure.com/guernsey/sure-price-plans/mobile-phones#smart-plans
Iphone5 was using the Airtel-vodafone mobile network http://www.airtel-vodafone.com/

wifi was turned off on both phones..

unless that phone has some strange wifi/cellular logos the wifi was on when the screenshot was taken

At least your home network is fine :p.

Really the best way to compare is if both phones were on the same network. Unless both networks uses the same infrastructure and technology there's quite a few factors that can affect speed, such as distance from the mast, the frequency used, and the amount of users sharing the same mast's bandwidth. Go check with other people on the same network in the same area and see if it's about the same as them.
