Help - Lian Li adapter

Anyone know where I can get the Lian Li adaptor to connect the front panel to the motherboard.

The front panel is just this -

It's an old PC6085A case but I can't fine the adaptor at home or on line.

I've got a similar issue with my Z97 if its an old case don't expect Lian Li customer services to be of much use, personally I'd either contact ocuk and see if they can help find something or just keep hitting Ebay.

If I'd known that they'd be so useless I'd never have spent such a large amount of money on a case.
