Help looking for a game like WoW but not MP.

Hi all, im looking for a game that is like WoW with the quests and leveling but not multiplayer.

I have final fantasy in my mind but not much else? can anyone suggest a game and which final fantasy.

Consoles and PCs they have are PS2 PS3 PC Xbox1 Wii

Have a look at Oblivion, maybe Knights Of The Old Republic and defintely The Witcher.

Have a look into the following, all on PC and starting with the best:

Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2 (the first is one of the best games ever made imo)
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
The Witcher
And the oddball... Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines

Should keep you going for a while

Nothing will be quite like WoW but try those for starters.

Final Fantasy XII on PS2 is the closest thing I've found to an offline WoW (hence the fact that I found it boring as hell).

It can be played either online or offline, and you don't have to pay monthly unless you want the extras.

Personally my Fav Final Fantasy is 7, best storyline, best magic system, best way of dealing with the obligatory chocobo mini-game (breeding and racing)

Not much like WoW tbh, because of the turn-based combat
But still my fav game ever

PS1/2 is the only way to really play it, as the PC version is buggy as hell at the start, even with the XP Patch.

D2 is good for multiplayer, but i dunno if i would recommend it as a singleplayer game. The graphic style and atmosphere makes it kinda lonely when playing. I recommend Oblivion or The Witcher though.

Final fantasy 7 or The Witcher i say.

I really enjoyed final fantasy 10 as well.
