Help MACBOOK problem

Done the update and all is great as I been on the phone to apple. They have heard of the problem before but not sure how it happens but said I should have done a PRAM reset and that should have cured it...

So am well please now just need to find what software to have on
 
Though I dig this out and tell you what happened :)

I was having a look round the macbook settings today and i came across what happened to me the first night i got this. Dont know how it happened but this is what it did to my macbook and how it looked..

In Universal Access within the system perference On the first section under tag (seeing) the scrool bar at the bottom was right at the other end and that how my screen did look so it appear it got over there somehow. Bloomin heck all that erase and install just for that rofl
