Help making decision 2407wfp or 2007wfp?

Hi,

I really dont know what screen to go for, Ive currently got a VGA samsung SM913n but want a widescreen monitor. I have the space and money for the 24" but I dont know if that would be an overkill, is the 20" widescreen big enough?

Im getting my pc ready for FSX and the new games that are going to come out.

I what do you reccomend?

Also would a FX5200(Yes I know) be OK for both these screen for web surfing and Office apps at resolution for both these monitors?

Why not get two 2007WFP's? 20" WS is big enough for me and wont mean I have to buy a new graphics card everytime a new game comes out

I am pretty sure the FX5200 would run those screens at there native resolution fine.

If you can afford it get the 2407, you won't regret it..

I'm not sure if my PCI 5200FX will do 1920x1200...think it maxes out at 1600x1200. If you get either of the screens you mention it'd be worth shelling out £30 for a cheap recent graphics card, you might be suprised how much better even just the Windows desktop or text can look.
