Got my 560Ti back from OcUK today, after they said it was fine. I'm using a Maximus IV GENE-Z68 & i2500k.

Basically I'm getting no display from it... I've just done the following. List is in no particular order by the way.

Reset BIOS
Made sure it's been saved as PCIe and not iGPU as bootable
Used 3 different power cables (with 2 connectors on), in every possible combination
Tried the card in both PCIe slots
Sat and resat the card in both slots at least 4 times
Used different combinations of RAM
Resat the CPU
Pulled out every cable and plugged them back in again several times
I've enabled / disabled Virtu to see if that makes a difference but nothing
Connected to monitor via DVI, DVI to VGA, HDMI to VGA

The computer even boots up fine (going by the codes). Soon as I plug in HDMI cable to the motherboard... ta daaaa, all can be seen.

Anyone have any other ideas before I kill us all with my doomsday device?

Thanks.

Now, you should ask nicely in the MM if someone will send you a cheap PCi-E card just for testing, then go from there, after you are done using this cheap card, post it back to the sender for like £4

i had this same problem with my GTX260 after, after trying everything and sending it back, built a new rig wasted a lot of money only to find out it was my monitor that was dead.... least i got a new rig :D

try another monitor just to double check ;)

Seen this kind of thing happen when the PSU is on its way out, not kicking enough power out to bring the higher gfx card to life. Can you find another to test it?
