Help me before I go insane, song name

Hey,

I'm trying to think of a song because I have it stuck in my head but have no idea how to find it.

It's always used on sad bits of TV, usually on X Factor or Children in Need and other things like that. The particular bit they play is all on the piano, it's a really nice piece of music that goes perfectly with the sad/emotional segments on TV. I think it was originally from a movie

EDIT - I'm worried about saying this bit incase it confuses people and makes them think it's something else, but it's quite a repetitive bit of music but just goes up and down in key

And that's all I can say really, I've tried googling it but as you can imagine, a search term so vague brings back hundreds of generic and incorrect results.

If you guys have any ideas then you'll be doing me a massive favour.

No it's not that :( I think it's quite a recent film (as in last couple of years) or song but I could be wrong

Not that either MattyG :( wish I could describe it better
 
Pretty sure it was on Children in Need on Friday, it was played during one of those segments where it shows one of the children the money helps

Haha yeah I think I ignored it a few times due to the name and it not seeming to fit the bill. It was only when you asked when I last heard it that I had a proper think and remembered Derek, so you basically did find it for me :p

Now I can relax :D the bit I was referring to was from 0:30 to 1:20
 
I posted this in the NP thread a while back. Nearly 3 and a half hours of Einaudi.


Give it a listen and you'll spot quite a few tracks from film / tv and adverts in it.
