Help me choose a quiet AMD cooler

Sorry to ask in anothers thread, but I also found the wraith cooler to be very loud. 3900x user here, been looking at the arctic freezer 34 duo what would people say to that?
it's basic 4x 6mm heatpipe 120mm fan cooler. 2nd fan doesn't really improve performance but maybe 2c .. not really worth extra money.

Scythe Mugen 5 Rev. B is much better, also more money, but with 6x 6mm heatpipes whcihc is about 50% more cooling .. more cooling abilty means lower fan speeds for same temps so quieter.

Please let us know your thoughts when you get it in.

Also keep in mind stock case fan setup is usually not good, and stock fans are often garbage with such low pressure rating then can't move enough air to supply component needs. This means coolers (CPU & GPU) end up re-using their own heated exhaust air to make up for what case intakes are not supplying them .. and every degree warmer air is enter cooler is same degrees hotter component is at same fan speed. With a high powered GPU gaming this can mean air is 15c, even 20c hotter than room, meaning both CPU & GPU run fans much faster / more noise and still might not be able to keep components cool.

Yes, I am aware stock cooler and fans are usually quite poor. I built this 3900x on the cheap at the time, and being on lockdown and playing a few games it's just starting to annoy me and of course, you notice how hot it's getting.
Casewise I have a pretty old raven 2 with the 3 huge fans you get with that, I mean I hope that's doing a decent job still after all these years. I will certainly keep you posted on my findings once its installed etc. Not really looking at overclocking as of yet, but nice to know its a capable cooler. Once again thanks for the information

Just an update, thanks to OC for the insanely quick delivery. I've installed the Scythe Mugen 5 cooler and its working fine. Very easy install and it's so silent. I have noticed with my Raven 2 case that I am missing the 120mm fan so to aid airflow I am going to have to buy another fan.
I Will post again once I've used the system more with the fan.
