Help me decide new monitor=new card?

Ok got couple of questions so bare with me


1. Will i see a huge performance drop jumping from 1680x1050 to 1920x1080 using 4850 with 512mb?

2. Will an around 3 yr old antec neopower 480watt still suffice if i got a 4890?
My current set up includes phenom 2 tri core 720 couple of case fans 4x sata hdd No cd drives.

games i currently/plan on playing if it helps get an idea of what i need.
Warhammer online, DoW2, little bit of crysis, l4d, tf2, empire total war maybe next cod made by infinity ward etc.

3. If not the 4890 what card would you recommend?

I think your right im looking at 600/650 watts with future in mind?

ok think ill continue with the monitor purchase so i can still hook up ps3 and suffer on graphics until i get a good psu accompanied by the fastest card i can get now i wont be power limited
