Help me decide!

A battle between these :-

Gigabyte GA-790FXTA-UD5

Asus Crosshair III

There is some obvious pros and cons between them both. Asus having seperate sound card, gigabyte with usb 3.0 and Sata 6gb/s.

Being that they are both the same price, I'm really unsure. Reading both of their specs I am sort of leaning towards gigabyte at the moment. Thanks for your time.

Edit - I will be getting the 955 and 5850 with it and also hopefully put it all in the Fractal Design cases come january.

Im looking at going ddr3 from ddr2 cos jus bought a 965(c3) and i cant decide either jus done a search only found this thread so hope someone answers

Iv read that the soundcard aint that great on the AC3, What memory are u going for mate? i was looking at the Geil Ultra Series 4GB (2133 mhz).
