Help me design new room?

Have you got a 3/4 year lease? If not don't bother and spend the money on beer.

Single bed would be annoying when you get up to normal student shenanigans.

Finished. PC in there, chick (better check it is a chick), political statement made, making potty in front of fire is liberating and it is easy to tinkle.

Hahahaha! Just pull the fireplace out...I'm sure the landlord would have something to say about that. Particularly when the chimney breast crumbles a bit.

And the reason why it is there is that it would have heated the room...hence it's best to put it in the centre and it also follows the chimney breast, and therefore chimney, to the apex of the roof.

But, to give you context, a stud is generally an animal that goes around impregnating the female of the species.
