Help me diagnose these random reboots please :(

There's nothing at all, just suddenly black and it starts to boot again.

I have my 7950x at stock settings but am running ddr5 at 6200mhz, overclocking my ram has caused all kinds of weird stability problems and after many hours of testing timings and voltages i managed to crack it and all my games are working with no problems.

You could set your ram back to default speeds to check if game stability improves, if so you may need to test voltages and timings when you enable xmp/expo/docp, perhaps something isn't quite right, and when under heavy load it drops out, causing the reboots

I don't want to curse it, but I did a BIOS update last night (which would have reset all the settings), and then played CP2077 for a couple of hours with no issues. Unfortunately because it's such an intermittent fault, I can't really say for sure that's fixed it. Testing continues...

It all depends what bios you had before, if its a older version they could have been a conflict between uefi's on the gpu and the motherboard, its amazing what a bios update can do for stability, but on the other hand going to a beta version is a NO NO, see what the pc is like at default settings with ram at oob settings, if everything holds and is stable, enabled docp and see what happens, if the reboots start again, i would look at memory voltages and timings, it may be time to adjust them to see if stability returns when docp is enabled.
