So, yep.. I got the Oc fever as someone stated and ended up spending £1000 on a new computer, however I'm still using my old Dell 19" screen and standard keyboard and mouse.

I'm not too worried about the Keyboard for now so let's not worry about that, my main problem is the mouse..

I got large hands and the dell mouse just isn't cutting it when Quickscoping, my finger end up looking like I've ran them over.

I was looking at the Razer DeathAdder but someone else suggested I should get the MX518..

Could Oc Help me?

MX518 It gets everyones approval and makes me want to see what all the fuss is about but cant get over the fact it looks so ugly to me. If you like the look of it then you will likely be very happy with it.

Can only speak from experience, using a Gigabyte GM-M8000 for the last year and its done me very well and not put a foot wrong. Feels pretty solid and has a good weight (+ extra weights to add if needed).

Had a couple of those cyber snipa semi cheap mice before but they only lasted a few months each before the connection wire started playing up and eventually just stopped working.

what is so great about the mx518?

There just isn't anything wrong with it. Not too many buttons; plenty for standard office/gaming functions. Nicely weighted, light but firmly built. Responsive and accurate, adjustable DPI. And of course, cheap!

MX518 - Its awesome, and made by logitech, so If you have any problems you will get a new one the next day!
