Help me get rid of random Dial-up message

Hi.

I recently installed a Netgear router connected via Ethernet to my PC.

To my knowledge this is "always on/connected" when the PC starts.

I have no idea about network/connections etc.

But the Dial-Up message box keeps popping up ( I expanded the settings part ) :



I've obviously done something wrong , can you help me get rid of it.

Tick never dial a connection.
