Help me identify this picture

As the title suggests, I would really appreciate some help finding the source of this print:

Sorry for the bad quality of my phones camera. I saw this image a long time ago and a pub I was in recently has a print of it on the wall. I have no idea who the artist is or what the name of the piece is. It kinda looks like a depiction of Jesus though.

Any light that can be shed on it would be gratefully received. Thanks

The first time I saw it was in a tiny church in Norfolk, I don't think they'd be idolising him there somehow.

My dad said its probably victorian. Possibly pre-raphelite.

Go back to the pub and then have a look at the back of the frame, it may have some info written there
