help me identify this song i cant stop whistling!

I was coming home from work last friday and at about 6.10pm this tune came on radio 2 which was really good but the dj never said who it was.

It was a man and woman singing and the woman sounded like nina out of the cardigans but im not saying it is her. There was a lot of whistling in the song and i guess it was quite a different and weird song but i liked it a lot.

Anyone?

yep! thats the song! Its well weird and it does not quite flow how i would expect a song too. Very different
