Until i buy the new case, I want to make my cooling more efficient.

This is how I have it set up at the moment;

In at the front, out at the back. I'd turn that side fan around as well so it's pulling the hot air away from the graphics cards.

Edit - just seen you have a fan at the top, more coffee required today...

As above. Intake at front, exhaust at back.

maybe re route any cables if possible.

Taking it apart as I type.

Going to give it a good clean out with some compressed air, re-apply some thermal paste on the cpu and redirect those fans!

since its a corsair H50 your using i'll disagree with the in at the front out at the back, because having the H60 as an intake is far more efficient. all i'd do is flip the front fan around so its an intake. positive pressure is far better than negative for keeping the case dust free, and having the front as an intake will get more cool air for the graphics cards

also, is there any room behind the motherboard or DVD and HDD cages for some of those cables?

As Reaper 392, just turn front fan around, everything else looks good (except those wires ;))
Defo have side fan blowing air onto the gpu's, so keep it as an intake

You should know that hot air rises, place the fans accordingly to help it naturally out of the case whilst giving an even amount of pressure as possible.

Also note at the moment that your Corsair H50 rad is getting the hot/warm air from your crossfire exhaust.

Well I am gob smacked. Just a little tidy up, blown all the dust out and a new application of thermal paste has seen my temps drop by 10c !

The cable tidy is the best I can do with the layout of my case.

Nicely done. If you've got a dremel handy you could always cut out the grilles on the case as well to further improve airflow - but 10 degrees is a very agreeable drop for not much work.
