Hi

I am looking to finally replace my old g2420hd monitor. My pc specs are:

I7 6700k @4.5
GTX 1080 FTW
32gb ddr4 @1500
motherboard z170x gaming 7.

i feel like i spent a lot of money on my pc and monitor is bottle necking it in away.

I used to play mmos with the odd fps but now i am moving on with fps like overwatch also started playing pubg (addicted to this lol) and dead by daylight etc. Would like to realise my pc's potential the big limitation is my gaming area. The max height including the stand and bezel is 20inch and width is 28inch (width go to about 32 probably but like to keep it to around 28-29 as not to interfere with my console screen).i am happy to stay around 24 inch but if i can go bigger why not.As for money there is not really a budget but wouldn't like to go over 600 unless there is a bigger jump in spec or greater benefit.

Thank you for taking the time to read this post and any responses i receive :).

It's well beyond the budget you posted, but it's worth noting that this 32" 4k screen lowers to 19.5" tall and is 29.5" wide: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/dell...-led-4k-monitor-midnight-black-mo-085-de.html Other models of the same size may fit depending on the stand :)

If you don't want to go that large (or to 4k) then really any 16:9 27" screen should fit in the space you have, which changes the nature of the question a bit :) You clearly aren't going to be above to fit a 34" ultrawide and the 29" models are all 2560x1080 which seems a waste for that gpu.

i take a look i can afford it money not really a issue just prefer not to mad (ie have some self control lol) but yer the space is making it hard. My room is actually my loft i converted in to a man cave so its fitting it all in with the roof rafters thank you for the reply :)

No probs :) I don't know whether that's the best 32" 4k screen for your needs (gaming?), just noticed that it would more or less fit within your space. We might be a little early for high-refresh 4k screens at this time, depending on whether you prefer resolution or fps you might favour something smaller anyway ^^
