Hello
Just put together my new rig today it is
q6600
DFI lanparty 680i lt
2 gig cosair dominater ram 6400
8800 ultra
1x 150 WD raptor
2x 500 gig WD harddrives
all went together just fine presssed on, all powered up ok , the we code thing on the motherboard reports FF which im pretty sure means everthings fine...
so i put windows (xp) in and it started to load off the disk when it got to "windows is preparing to start" it threw up a blue sceen saying
"windows has detected a problem and is shutting down to protect your computer, if this is the 1st time uve seen this error message restart your comuter, if the error continues unistall iny new harddives and/or check your computer for viruses"
now as is all brand new im sure there no viruses....
ive tired unplugging the 500 gig harddrives and leaving just the raptor but the same thing happened...
anyone ran into this problem before ? and know the fix ?
