Help me solve this problem ?

Please can someone help me solve this problem with my broadband

I have just done a test on my broadband speed as the following results are

Download = 50.94
Upload = 18.04

I am just using a basic sky box , the problem is the web-pages are very slow loading up ? any reason , before i upgraded to Windows 10 all was well , now since upgrade to Windows 10 i am having this issue , i have changed the channel on my box but not much change , could this be a problem with Windows 10 ?

I am using firefox & internet explorer 11

Loads of possibilities, but try changing your DNS first. You could always try a Linux live USB (eg Mint, Ubuntu) to rule out general network issues. If it's back to normal on the live USB you know it's a Windows setup issue, if it's still slow look at the router or Sky.

It was fine when I was using Windows 8.1

Why don't sky do better router`s , its been the same model for years , BT seem to change their router`s in line with BT Infinity ?

Disable update sharing (I don't know what it's actually called) since with it active it'll be using your bandwidth to distribute updates to other users.

Does it work at the correct speed when you connect it up with an ethernet cable?

If so, I'd look at new wifi drivers.
