Help me spec a machine...

Budget is anywhere from £350-£450.

The problem is this needs to include EVERYTHING, case, mobo, ram, Montiro (pref TFT).

It will be used for a bit of photo editing, dvd copying and general internet use - nothing more so doesnt need to be mighty powerful - for a new PC user aswell so they wont be pushing it to hard.

Any ideas?
