I bought an asus gtx 750 ti 2gb oc for a very cheap price, lower than 20 bucks. The seller told
me that he bought it from aliexpress and had some issues like slowing down the computer's boot time
and also having driver issues also there is an exclamation point when you look at the device manager
and no nvidia control panel. So the first thing that came to my mind is that the guy bought a gpu that has
mining bios in it, and I can fix it by flashing the stock rom in it. Well it didn't work at all,
I tried many bioses and still no luck. I want to point out the path I followed so you can tell me what did
I miss or did wrong.

I have uploaded the images of pcb and screenshot from gpu-z, as you can see gpu-z cannot read everything properly.
in images one of the vram is barely readable, I can say that it is pretty much the same with others
variant number is also barely readable but I can say that it is gm107-400-a2, whenever I try to clean the die it fades more and more.

Motherboard gives 62 postcode at boot
I downloaded the nvflash 5.218, as they were saying best version for maxwell but I tried every version
nevertheless, put the nvflash files in C drive
disabled the gtx 750 ti in device manager
Ran cmd with admin privileges typed cd c:\nvflash then nvflash -6 romfile.rom
enabled gtx 750 ti in device manager then restarted the pc

Please tell me if I done something wrong, if the everything is right then what can I do to resurrect this gpu? Could reballing solve the problem?

Post your GPUZ Screen shot.

Does it tie up with this?

AliExpress is like Wish, extremely dodgy. Hope you sort it out mate. Obviously this has been bought just to run windows? It can't do anything else clearly but hope you get to the bottom of it. It's probably another fake card that you see on youtube that has originally been purchased from either of these dodgy sites, aka china (fake capital of the world!)

Looks like it is actually a 750Ti you have though so that's at least one plus point!

If you have tried everything, Like uninstalling ALL previous drivers with something like DDU or even better, using a fresh windows install and still having issues, then it may just be that you have bought a lemon of a card and its goosed.

what card were you using before?

You should take the card apart and take a look at the cpu see if it really is what it says it is I have a feeling its a fake but best to check

Seems like a legit 750ti based on:
https://www.asus.com/uk/Graphics-Cards/GTX750TIOC2GD5/
https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GTX_750_Ti_OC/5.html
https://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/6...-2gb-oc-edition-video-card-review/index2.html

So at least it's not a common "fake" (usually based on a GT630 or similar).

Presumably you've tried an older driver (rather than the "cutting edge" 411.70 from your screenshots)?

Also where are you getting your VBIOSes from?
https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios...TX+750+Ti&interface=&memType=&memSize=&since=

lists 3(4) different ones for the 2GB Asus 750Ti OC.

What motherboard are you using? Have you checked for BIOS updates for that (especially if it's one of the early UEFI boards), or even tried it in a different slot if possible?

Have you got the PCI-E 6 Pin Power cable connected to the Graphics card?

It looks like a 750 Ti but doesn't actually match the reference design for example as the VRM seems different. The laser etch would be correct as it looks like GM107-400-A2 but the fact that it's worn off also points to a clone job or some previous meddling.

At £20 quid it's worth a play.

Not sure the GM107-400-A2 writing is meant to be etched - looks more printed in this legit picture:

It's not a reference card, but looks like a legit Asus 750Ti OC (If you compare the above link with this one)

Why did you disable your card in device manager for flashing? I flashed many 780s and titans, never did I disable them in device manager.

gtx 1070, still using it

I did everything is legit
Have you got the PCI-E 6 Pin Power cable connected to the Graphics card?
yes I connected the power cable, I get bioses from techpowerup, none of them worked
I only did a quick search so good spot on the Asus board so it looks pretty legit just not working properly. Can the BIOS be reflashed on this card?
I reflashed many bioses no luck sadly

I tried without disabling it, no difference
