i used to chuck a cd in and it would download all the info asap and when i wanted to rip to mp3 it would all be there, even when i search for the album art it still won't show it can anyone help!
turns out after millions of google hits that i needed to delete my lib database and then re add it, not the music files but the wmp11 databases after stopping the services. this fixed the problem!
