help! media player not picking up album info from the web anymore

i used to chuck a cd in and it would download all the info asap and when i wanted to rip to mp3 it would all be there, even when i search for the album art it still won't show it

can anyone help!

Does it definitely have album art?

Have you disabled the option to automatically retrieve album details?

What planet is it?

fixed!!!

turns out after millions of google hits that i needed to delete my lib database and then re add it, not the music files but the wmp11 databases after stopping the services. this fixed the problem!
